Borrowbox, is a FREE library app that lets you borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks, eNewspapers and eMagazines using your local library membership. It includes publications and books for children too.
With BorrowBox, you can:
- Borrow and read eBooks on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Borrow and listen to audiobooks, with features such as sleep timers and variable playback speed.
- Download titles for offline reading or listening, making it ideal for travel.
- Browse, reserve, and borrow titles from your library's digital collection without visiting a library in person.
- Return books automatically at the end of the loan period, so there are no overdue fines.
The selection of books and audiobooks depends on what your local library subscribes to, so available titles can vary between library services. But the Isle of Wight has thousands of eBooks, thousands of audiobooks, a large selection of eMagazines, daily eNewspapers from the UK and around the world.
New titles are added regularly, including bestselling authors and popular new releases.
If you're a member of a participating IOW library, all you usually need is your library card number and PIN to get started.

- Select your library service
- Activate your library membership
