Hill House Bakery is located in the heart of Ventnor on the Isle of Wight, 5 minutes walk to the local shops and sea. The annex is part of our Grade ll listed property. The ovens from the old bakery are still evident in the bathroom, making an interesting and historical feature.
Parking is available for one car on our shared drive. You have your own entrance and courtyard leading to the recently renovated property.
In the kitchen, there is an induction hob and dishwasher, as well as other appliances.
The annex is all on one level, with a small step into the lounge. There is an accessible bath. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Outside Space
Chill out in the outside courtyard, where there is a BBQ plus table and chairs. The store cupboard in the courtyard is for your use. In it you will find cushions for the chairs, a high chair, children’s toys, things to take to the beach, BBQ utensils etc.
