Jamie Woodford is a freelance musician based in Whitwell on the Isle of Wight. He has worked in many local productions and Theatres along the south coast from Musicals to operas.
What to expect?
In lessons we will work on - Hand Technique, Foundation, Timing, Grooves, Fills, 4-way Coordination, Reading music, Sight Reading, playing challenges and so much more.
Students learning with me have a 100% pass rate in Rockschool.
I am very pleased to be a registered Rockschool teacher. I can take you right through these fun grades which feature some amazing backing tracks and well-known songs.
Teaching Room Lessons
- £20.00 for 30 minutes
- £40.00 for 1 hour
All those in prepaid lesson will remain until new blocks start
Full Drum kit provided
There are Two Drum kits for enhanced learning - Roland TM6 Pro with Drum Triggers on drums and a Roland TD25kv and a two whiteboards for showing exercises and working on theory.
Students just need to bring sticks.
Graded books will need to be purchased by Parent/Student.
Outcall Private and online lessons
- £25.00 for 30 minutes
- £45.00 for 1 hour
Students must have their own drum kit for at-home and online lessons
Online lessons will take place on Facetime, Zoom or Microsoft teams.
