The Low and Slow Co's founder is Matt Mcivor, who has always had an interest in smoked and barbecued food. He’s been a chef for 15 years and is the head chef at his new venture’s home, London House in Ventnor, where he has worked since 2022.

Pre-Order
Pre orders get turned off 24hrs before the day of collection. So if you want food for Friday, the preorders will switch off on the Thursday night.
