All abilities are welcome. These are friendly classes aimed at gently improving strength and flexibility whilst enjoying a Hatha based flow.

Class numbers are limited so block bookings are recommended. If you prefer to keep it casual, drop-ins are always welcome when I have availability!

Hatha Based Flow - all abilities
Gently improve strength, balance and flexibilty with a Hatha Based flow. This class provides you with the foundations and ground work to move you towards the more Dynamic energising flow class
- MONDAYS - 6.30pm - 7.30pm
- WEDNESDAYS - 9.30am - 10.30am
- FRIDAYS - 9.30am - 10.30am

Dynamic, Energising Flow - for those with more experience
This is a faster paced dynamic Hatha Flow class, incorporating elements of Vinyasa. We focus on deeper stretches and strengthening the body working towards peak poses and inversions.

- WEDNESDAYS - 6.30pm - 7.30pm
- THURSDAYS 9.30am - 10.30am

Foundations of Yoga - for beginners and those with less mobility
Dodgy knee, sore hip, not moved in years.. You can still enjoy the benefits of Yoga, This is an extremely gentle class often using props or chairs to assist with movement. Work slowly to increase strength and flexibility, gradually moving you towards the Hatha Based flow class.

Yoga For Men - men only
This is a no-frills yoga class tailored specifically for men. We will strengthen the body and increase flexibility, focussing on those problematic areas, the neck, shoulders, hips and hamstrings!
- TUESDAYS - 6.30pm - 7.30pm

What to expect in my classes
There are a wide variety of Yoga teachers here on the Island now, all offering their own stye of yoga. Yoga is not one size fits all, it is a very personal experience and not every student enjoys the same type of practice or teacher.

Chanting & OMing have their place, and I regularly partake myself, however this is not something I bring to class.

Hatha Yoga is the foundation for all of my classes. My more dynamic classes will move and flow much quicker than a traditional Hatha Yoga class incorporating some aspects of Vinyasa style yoga (my passion).  My students love to move and challenge their bodies, connecting with their breath and usually at some point having a good giggle.

All of my classes start with a tune into your body where we notice how the body is feeling and connect with our breath before we start moving into our more physical practice.  After our physical practice, at the end of the class students enjoy a resting and restorative Shavasana.

All equipment needed for your physical practice is provided for you in the Studio.
