Tai Chi classes for all ages and abilities at Niton Village Hall. Cliff Bromfield has been teaching Tai Chi on the Isle of Wight for many years.
Tai Chi promotes balance through slow, controlled movements that involve shifting weight, improving posture, and increasing body awareness. These movements strengthen the legs, enhance flexibility, and train proprioception (awareness of body position). Regular practice can lead to improved stability, reduced risk of falls, and greater confidence in movement.
Niton Village Hall: every Monday 3pm - 4pm.
