The Niton Smugglers Trail
According to a local record, in the 1830s most of Niton village was involved in smuggling. This 4.5 mile trail takes you to 14 sites of interest.
Over the Undercliff
An 8 mile circular walk to the west of Ventnor, with some challenging climbs that will reward you with expansive views of countryside and coastland. You will visit the Pepperpot, the Hoy Monument, and Niton along the route.
St Lawrence Peace Garden
A small but pretty garden adjacent to the Old Church in St Lawrence, with benches and a beautiful sea view.
St Lawrence Coastal Trail
The St. Lawrence heritage trails come in two parts. This one is the Coastal Trail (5.4k/3.4 miles) and requires suitable footwear as it can be wet and slippery after rain. Reasonable fitness is required.

A 3.75 mile circular coastal walk from Ventnor to Orchard Bay near St Lawrence on the Isle of Wight.

The oldest Bowling Club on the Island, Ventnor Bowling Club is situated just above the town of Ventnor, approximately 330 feet above sea level, and about half a mile from the sea front. It is also the only club on the Island with its own full length indoor rink.
